Vision Foundation, Inc. was launched in 1980 as a ministry of evangelism, teaching and discipleship training. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Gordon and Marylyn Adams have directed the ministry since its inception. Prior to that, they served with The Navigators for 15 years. Our goal is to penetrate communities and cultures with the gospel, reach men and women for Christ, then train them to reproduce themselves in the lives of others.

Gordon has been involved in the lives of business and professional men through individual discipleship training, conference and seminar speaking, and mentoring of leaders and pastors in the U.S. and 28 countries of the world.
